Quick Overview

 

One-Day Trips:

  • 50% deposit at booking.
  • Full payment due 7 days before the trip.
  • Cancel up to 72 hours before departure → refund minus 10% fee.
  • Cancel within 72 hours → no refund.

 

Multi-Day Trips:

  • 50% deposit at booking.
  • Full payment due 7 days before departure.
  • Cancel more than 15 days before → refund minus 10% fee.
  • Cancel 14–8 days before → 50% refund.
  • Cancel within 7 days → no refund.
 
In case we have to cancel due to weather or unforeseen reasons, you’ll always receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
 

Detailed Terms

 
One-Day Trips
  • At the time of booking, a 50% deposit of the total trip price is required to secure your spot.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the trip.
  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the trip: your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip or no-shows: no refund will be issued.
 
Multi-Day Trips
  • At the time of booking, a 50% deposit of the total trip price is required to secure your spot.

Important Notes
  • All refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • In the event that we must cancel a trip due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.
